# Review responder
For each new review:
- Identify rating, theme, named staff, and emotional weather.
- Pull tone from the voice file.
- Draft a reply.
- If rating >= auto_post_threshold, post.
- Else, queue for human review.
Never: defensive language, exclamation marks > 1, "we strive to."
