Bookings, reviews, supplier chases, menu rewrites. While service is on.
A back-office agent for restaurants and cafes. It answers booking emails, replies to reviews like a normal person, chases suppliers, and rewrites your menu when the chef changes the special.
Built in a busy 60-seater. Tested at 7:30pm on a Saturday.
Everything you need in the bundle. No tutorials. No assembly.
After purchase.
No technical sweat.
Gmail/Google Business. Five minutes each.
It handles the inbox. You handle the room.

# Review reply
For each new review:
- 5 stars: warm, specific, thank the named server if mentioned.
- 3-4 stars: acknowledge the gap, offer a path back.
- 1-2 stars: zero defensiveness. Acknowledge, apologise, take it offline.
Never: emojis, exclamation marks more than one, "we strive to."
Stop rewriting "thanks so much!" thirty times a week.
Booking emails answered between covers.
One agent, three venues, three voices.
Two restaurant owners with too many tabs open.
