What it does.

A back-office agent for restaurants and cafes. It answers booking emails, replies to reviews like a normal person, chases suppliers, and rewrites your menu when the chef changes the special.

Built in a busy 60-seater. Tested at 7:30pm on a Saturday.

What’s inside.

Everything you need in the bundle. No tutorials. No assembly.

# Review reply

For each new review:
  - 5 stars: warm, specific, thank the named server if mentioned.
  - 3-4 stars: acknowledge the gap, offer a path back.
  - 1-2 stars: zero defensiveness. Acknowledge, apologise, take it offline.
Never: emojis, exclamation marks more than one, "we strive to."
