# Quote from voice note
When a job dictation lands:
1. Transcribe the voice note.
2. Match line items against the supplier price-list.
3. Add a 15% margin (configurable per job type).
4. Generate the quote PDF using the template.
5. Email it to the customer with a one-tap "Sign here" link.
