“The receipt-chasing emails are scarily polite. My clients respond.”

Categorise expenses, chase receipts, prep BAS. An agent that does the boring half of bookkeeping.
A bookkeeping agent built by people who actually do BAS. It categorises transactions, chases receipts, flags weird stuff, and produces a BAS-ready summary on the first of the quarter without being asked.
Doesn’t replace your accountant. Replaces the four nights a quarter you stop liking your job.
Everything you need in the bundle. No tutorials. No assembly.
Bundle hits your inbox.
One-time setup. Map your chart of accounts to ours. Half an hour.
Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks via the included connectors.
It’ll find its rhythm in a week.

# GST detection
Pull the last week of uncategorised transactions.
For each:
- If supplier ABN is known, infer GST treatment.
- If amount > $82.50 and no supplier ABN, flag for review.
- If foreign currency, flag for manual GST decision.
Output: a clean queue for the bookkeeper, sorted by confidence.
Cut quarterly BAS prep from days to an afternoon.
Standardise treatment across clients. No more "well I do it this way."
Stop dreading the first of July.
Three accountants and an engineer. We built this so we could stop using it ourselves.

“Xero connector hiccuped once, fixed in v1.2. Solid otherwise.”
