paper-audit
Fix figures, equations, layout, and typography in LaTeX, Word, PDF, and Markdown manuscripts without changing claims or data.
Compatible with
Built for
What it does.
Audit academic manuscripts at source level. Diagnose figures, equations, captions, and typography before editing. Rebuild or re-export after every meaningful change to verify the rendered output.
Preserve author claims, data, citations, and figure meaning. Change only presentation, wording, and unambiguous typographic errors. Separate layout fixes from substantive edits; report any ambiguity instead of rewriting.
Handle LaTeX build scripts, local style conventions, cross-references, and multi-panel figures. Keep source-level changes minimal and stable. Check arrowheads, contrast, label readability, equation baselines, and quotation-mark direction at final publication size.
